One of the newest options we’ve added to our menu of services is Hot Stone Massage.  I used to think it was spa foo-foo, but I no longer consider it to be a luxury.  The special stones are warmed in hot water to a comfortable temperature, and then coated with massage oil and various essential oils.  The therapist uses the stones, as well as her hands, to massage those tight tissues and melt them into submission!  The stones also may be placed on one area while the therapist works a different area.  The special stones themselves, with the heat, the oils, and the weight, are very grounding and relaxing.  A must-have therapy for the body, mind, and spirit.
